- Xero has a data retention policy in place to ensure that your data is stored and available to you for a specified period, typically for a minimum of seven years. This policy helps you access historical financial records for compliance, reporting, and auditing purposes.
- Data Restoration:
- If you accidentally delete data or need to restore your data to a previous point in time, you can contact Xero’s support team to request data restoration. Xero’s support can assist you in recovering specific data sets or restoring your entire organization’s data to a specific point in time.
